Learning and working together to support cancer patients

Powellite developed a series of case studies for Macmillan Cancer Care Wales, to evidence the impact of the Macmillan Primary Care Cancer Framework programme. The evaluation was completed in partnership with Frontline and demonstrated how the development of a community of practice, education programme, a quality toolkit, the treatment summary and improved communication between primary and secondary care helped to improve cancer care in Wales.
