Positive destinations for young people with additional needs

We evaluated the impact of the Creatively Cooperative project for the Edinburgh Development Group by interviewing service users, project partners and project managers about the delivery and impact of the project. The results showed a significant impact on the confidence of parents and carers to discuss and make decisions about the future of their young person after school. They were more aware of the range of positive destinations for young people with learning disabilities and additional needs when they leave school. We developed a high quality video with interviews and a short summary animation for social media.
